Hot Stones reflexology is a relaxing treatment where warm stones are used to massage your feet and legs, with smaller stones used to apply pressure to specific reflexes.
This is not suitable if you are pregnant.
Having qualified in Maternity Reflexology with Susanne Enzer in 2006, I have spent a lot of time working with pregnant ladies and have helped two ladies during labour.
