I am Ceri and I have been a therapist for over 15 years. My interest in complementary therapies began when I observed the benefits of baby massage with my daughter.
I initially trained in Reflexology which led to a growing interest in other areas such as Bowen Technique and Emmett, which I added to my portfolio. In recent years I have also trained in Foot Healthcare.
I live in a beautiful, friendly part of South Wales with my family and our Corgi Nia.
When I'm not treating clients I enjoy walking with friends, gardening and singing.
I qualified in Reflexology in 2005 with the Association of Reflexologists. Since then I have further developed my reflexology skills by attending many workshops and courses including Reflexology for Hospice and Cancer Care; Advanced Reflexology techniques and Gentle Touch reflexology. I have also obtained a certificate of Competency in Maternity Reflexology and Reflexology for Sub Fertility.
In July 2009 I obtained my qualification through the European College of Bowen Studies, as an accredited Practitioner of the Bowen Technique. I have furthered my knowledge of the Bowen Technique by attending further courses such as Shoulder and Pelvic techniques, assessment and practitioner workshops. In 2014 I completed my Emmett Practitioner Training and continue to develop my Emmett skills by attending regular practitioner courses. I am fully insured and belong to the Association of Reflexologists and the Bowen Therapists Professional Association.
I also have a current first aid certificate. I completed my training to be a Foot Health Professional in 2016 with the SMAE Institute, in Maidenhead. I am a member of the College of Foot Health Professionals and The British Association of Foot Health Professionals.
My most recent training has been McLoughlin Scar Tissue Work, which I undertook in 2019.
